Yes, the monthly support can be cancelled at any time. If you're paying for the build in instalments and cancel early, the remaining balance is due in a single payment.
Yes. You can pay for the build in instalments — we'll set the amount together to suit your budget. On top of that comes the monthly support from CHF 25.–. Instalment plans have a minimum term of 12 months; you'll know in advance exactly what you pay each month — no hidden costs.
Both are possible: for CHF 50.–/month, everything runs through me, including hosting and domain. If you already have your own hosting with a www address (domain), support costs CHF 25.–/month.
Yes. Your website runs on any standard hosting package — all it needs is PHP 8 and a MySQL database, which practically every provider offers. I'll take care of the setup there for you. Because hosting and domain then run through you, support costs CHF 25.– instead of CHF 50.– a month. Not sure whether your provider is suitable? Just send me the name and I'll check.
Your content — texts, images, data — belongs to you. The Huberlabs CMS that runs your site remains the property of Huberlabs; if you'd like to keep using it, the monthly support simply continues.
You can download a complete backup of your website at any time: files, images, database and source code. That way, everything is in your hands. And should I ever close the business, you're free to have any third party keep running and maintaining this package. So your website lives on — even without me.
Working together
That depends on the scope: a small website goes live faster than a custom project with, for example, its own gallery or special features. After your enquiry, we discuss the scope, I create a draft, and we refine it together until everything fits. You send me your logo, images and texts — if you don't have them ready yet, I'll create suitable placeholders with AI so we can still get started right away.
You write to me directly — no ticket system, no waiting in a queue. The monthly fee includes 30 minutes of support; I usually get back to you within 24 hours. There are also lots of useful AI training videos available for you.
Your domain stays yours. If you're with another host, I'll handle the technical switchover so nothing goes down. If your domain is already with 1ahosting, I take care of registration and setup completely — you don't have to worry about a thing.
Yes, at any time — new pages, features or an online shop can easily be added later.
